Boost your workflow speed and efficiency with Saved Views!
Whether you’ve applied filters, customized table layouts, or added highlights, you can save your setup and reuse it anytime you want.
Here’s how to get the most out of Saved Views in Time in Status 👇
Save View
Once you've customized your table and applied filters or highlights, you can save the view for later use:

Click Save Current View

In the dialog, choose:

Include Highlights (optional)

Visibility:
-
🔓 Public : everyone can see
-
🔐 Private : only you
-
👥 Custom : share with specific users or groups

Project (if needed): Select a project, and this view will only be displayed on that project’s page.

Click Save
This lets you quickly go back to your saved views without setting them up again.
Saved Views – Project Context Visibility
When a view is saved and associated with a specific project, it automatically becomes available in the Global Saved Views list.
To make things clearer:

The project key is shown under each view’s name.

This helps you quickly see which project a view belongs to.

It makes navigation easier and avoids confusion when views have similar names.
How to Edit a Saved View – Step by Step

Click the pencil icon next to the view name.

A popup will open showing the current view name.

Update the name in the input field.
-
Click Save to confirm your changes.
How to Delete a Saved View – Step by Step

Click the delete icon next to the view name.

A confirmation popup will appear.

Click Delete to confirm.
How to Clear a Selected View – Step by Step

Click a saved view to load its filters and settings.

To return to the default view:

Click View
-
Select Clear Current View

How to Update a Selected View – Step by Step

Click Update Current View.

A popup will show the view name with options for highlights and visibility.

Make your changes.
-
Click Update to save.
The view will now reflect your updated settings.
How to Hide and Show Views

Want to organize your saved views?

You can easily hide views you don’t use often, including those shared by others.
-
✅ To Hide a View:
-
Find the eye icon (👁️) next to the saved view.
-
Click the icon to hide the view.
-
The icon will turn grey, showing the view is hidden.
Show or Hide All Hidden Views

When at least one view is hidden, a “Hide Hidden Views” button appears.

Click it to remove all hidden views from the list.

To bring them back, click “Show Hidden Views”.
🔄 Re-show Individual Views

With “Show Hidden Views” active, hidden views (including those shared by others) appear with greyed-out eye icons.

Click the eye icon to unhide a view.
-
When no views are hidden, the Hide/Show Hidden Views buttons disappear automatically.
